Responsibilities:? 

• Manage a team while providing supervision, leadership, and support to the Finance Department and all its operations.
• Provide support to teams by assisting with the resolution of escalated issues from customers, agencies, or managers.? 
• Development and implementation of strategic plans and new initiatives for the organization 
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure that accurate information and reporting is provided.? 
• Make recommendations for efficiency improvements and implement appropriate solutions. 
• Prepare and review cost allocations, and perform regular reviews and adjustments on internal controls, reporting, and?timelines.? 

Requirements: 

• CPA?designation is required? 
• Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance or related field 
• 5+ years of managerial experience? 
• Experience with a non-for-profit organization and/or public accounting is an asset but not required
