Job Description
Our client, a well-established manufacturing company located just outside Windsor, is looking to add a Director of Finance to their team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong manufacturing experience, eager to make an impact at a company as part of the senior leadership team! Reporting to the VP, this role will manage key financial functions and be hands on in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead accounting operations across manufacturing facility
- Supervise and develop a high-performing finance team
- Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Lead the year-end audit process and ensure full compliance with Canadian & US tax regulations.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and standard procedures.
- Drive the monthly financial close, including budget-to-actual variance analysis.
- CPA is required
- Manufacturing experience is a requirement for this role
- 5+ years at the Controllership level or higher
- Strong business partnering experience
- Sox experience is considered an asset
