This person will oversee financials for their designated district, while working closely with executive directors and reporting into the Director of Strategic Finance. Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial accounting and reporting functions for the district
- Monitor and prepare program budgets
- Participate in internal audits and recommend areas for improvement
- Prepare, analyze, and remit financial reports (Budget Service Contract Submission, YTD & In-Year Reports)
- Approve accounting inputs and review financial statements for relevance, reliability and clarity.
- Other projects as assigned
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in a hands on accounting position
- The ideal profile is someone with experience in NPO, Charities, Government or an Accounting Firm
- Strong communication skills
