In this position, you will lead a team responsible for the month end close, consolidations, and reporting, while playing a key role in process improvement and change management. Responsibilities:
- Manage, lead, coach, and support a team of accounting professionals
- Handle financial statement preparation and consolidations
- Prepare budgets and forecasts
- Lead process improvements across the financial department, as well as operations
- Assist with audits and manage various accounting systems in the department
Job Requirements
- CPA designation required
- Strong leadership skills and experience leading a larger team
- Must have experience in the food or automotive industry
- Previous experience with process improvements and implementations
