Responsibilities:
  • Monthly Financial: Prepare a comprehensive monthly financial reporting package for the head office.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a growing finance team to new heights.
  • Strategic Budgeting: Prepare and present annual budgets and forecasts, contributing to the company's financial roadmap.
  • Financial Partnership: Work closely with the GM and Sales Leaders to develop KPI reports.
  • Decision Support: Lead analyses crucial for key business decisions, using your financial acumen to guide the way.
  • Capex Visionary: Develop business cases for capital expenditures, demonstrating your strategic foresight.
  • Projects: Tackle other projects as required, showcasing your versatility and commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
  • CPA Designation: A must-have to showcase your financial expertise.
  • Management Mastery: Over 5 years of management experience in accounting, proving your leadership prowess.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are second nature to you.
  • Inquisitive Nature: A natural curiosity and the ability to partner effectively with a complex business.
