This person will be required to travel to different sites in order to work closely with operations, sales and more! The Divisional Controller with oversee 2 direct reports and 6 indirect reports.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial accounting and reporting functions for the Division
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly financial statements in accordance with Canadian accounting standards for private enterprises (“ASPE”)
• Prepare annual operating and capital budgets
• Develop a team through active coaching and mentoring, setting objectives, and developing talent to maintain and enhance competency levels. Identify future training requirements and design goals to increase performance.
• Continuously involve with KPI development and reporting, including continuous financial monitoring to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

• CPA required
• Ability to travel frequently to other locations
• Strong business partnering experience
• Ability to work independently
• Manufacturing experience considered an asset
