Our client is seeking a strategic Events Marketing Consultant to oversee the planning and execution of internal and external events across Canada. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in B2B event management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities & Expertise:
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of strategic events, including summits, advisory boards, internal kickoffs, and town halls
- Develop event strategies aligned with business goals, managing logistics, production, communications, and post-event reporting
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on event objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and event technologies (e.g., registration platforms, mobile apps)
- Oversee event budgets, forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting in partnership with finance teams
- Provide strategic guidance on event innovation, cost efficiencies, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with brand, procurement, and operational policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in event management or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B and internal event management
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with event production, event logistics, and vendor coordination
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Eloqua, or similar marketing automation platforms is an asset
- Willingness to travel up to 35%, including occasional weekends or holidays
