Job Description
Our client, a prominent organization in the food production industry, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the President and COO. This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to become an integral part of a collaborative team, contributing directly to the efficiency and success of high-level executives. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President and COO.
- Manage executive mailboxes and complex calendars with precision.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare and reconcile expense reports, invoices, and credit cards.
- Plan and coordinate various events, including board meetings, facility tours, and PPE readiness initiatives.
- Adapt to and manage ad hoc tasks efficiently while maintaining process focus.
- Collaborate closely with other administrative professionals.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of dedicated pertinent experience, specifically supporting high-level executives.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- A professional, yet warm personality with strong communication skills, who is process-focused yet highly adaptable to unforeseen tasks and priorities.
