Key Responsibilities & Expertise:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and appointments with precision and foresight
  • Monitor and prioritize communications, drafting responses and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate logistics for board meetings and executive sessions
  • Track timelines and deliverables for confidential projects and executive initiatives
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and manage expense reporting
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality
  • Draft, proofread, and format documents, reports, and presentations
  • Plan and execute executive-level events and offsites, including vendor coordination
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a proactive mindset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and modern communication tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and under pressure
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
