Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant & Administrative Manager to join their team. - Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in administrative management and executive support.
- At least 3+ years supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience managing office operations and implementing administrative systems.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage overlapping priorities.
- Superior communication skills and professional presence.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; experience with project management tools is an asset.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining quality.
