Are you an experienced financial analyst ready to take the next step in your career and move into a forward-looking FP&A role? Our client, a leading organization based in Guelph, is currently looking for a FP&A Business Partner to join their growing team.
In this exciting role, you’ll report to the Manager, Consulting and be involved in high-impact strategic work—including benefits modeling, revenue recognition, and cross-functional financial support. The position is available due to an internal promotion, and there is strong potential to advance either within the team or across departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial reports
• Build detailed business cases and lead benefits modeling
• Support revenue recognition and expense forecasting
• Collaborate with internal departments to turn strategy into measurable outcomes
• Present financial projections and insights to key stakeholders
• Drive improvements in financial processes and business performance
What You Bring:
• 5+ years of strong financial analysis experience
• A university degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• CPA designation is REQUIREDÂ
• Experience with Power BI and Power Query (a strong asset)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Advanced Excel skills (must-have)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
