One of our large, Canadian owned and operated, service clients in Burlington, is looking for their next FP&A Manager! This is a growing company with over 450 employees. The individual will have 1 direct report and will report into the CFO. They will play an integral part in budgeting, forecasting, analysis, KPI reporting and supporting the many different teams, acting in part as a Business Partner.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning
• Complete annual budgeting process – working cross-functionally to develop budgets, track spending, and analyze variances
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports; variance analysis, KPIs, etc, to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling to support business initiatives and investment decisions
• Evaluate the financial implications of business strategies, initiatives, and investments to support informed decision-making by senior management
• Enhance efficiencies and accuracies by improving financial processes, systems, and controls
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact financial performance

Qualifications:

• MBA or CPA (or nearing competition) strongly preferred
• 3+ years of FP&A experience, in a Canadian high growth environment 
• Manufacturing experience an asset
• Advanced Excel skills
• Dynamic365 experience an asset
