The FP&A Manager, is a key member of the regional Corporate Finance team, reporting to a senior finance executive and maintaining close accountability to the Ontario Market President. This is a high-visibility business partnering role at the intersection of finance and operations.

Responsibilities:
- Own the full Ontario business planning cycle — annual budgets, monthly and quarterly forecasts, and performance reviews
- Serve as a trusted finance business partner to senior regional and market leadership
- Analyze portfolio profitability, revenue streams, and cost reduction opportunities on an ongoing basis
- Prepare and maintain pricing models for new and renewal contracts, ensuring profitability guardrails are met
- Manage capital reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and expenditure proposals
- Own manpower planning and forecasting in partnership with HR leadership
- Lead FP&A workstreams on systems implementations, acquisitions, and cross-functional initiatives
- Partner with operational leaders on high-priority client matters including retention and service improvement
- Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and routines
Qualifications:
- CPA designation required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of FP&A experience; multi-unit or large-scale operational environment preferred
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with budgeting and reporting tools an asset
- Strong communicator with the ability to translate complex financial information for non-finance audiences
- Highly organized, self-directed, and effective working across dispersed teams
