My distribution client in the GTA is on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented up and comer Finance Lead who’s ready to take the next step in their professional journey. If you're someone who has their CPA or is nearing completion, has between 3-10 years of experience and thrives in a fast-paced environment — this could be for you!
This is an opportunity to expand your expertise, gain hands-on experience with financial strategy, and work directly with the Owner. You’ll play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting operations and driving the financial clarity that fuels business decisions.

- Manage and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Keep financial records up to date using tools like QuickBooks
- Reconcile accounts and bank statements regularly.
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and Canadian accounting standards.
- Work cross-functionally to provide financial insights that help move the business forward.
- CPA (Can) designated or nearing competition
- 3+ years accounting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
