Responsibilities:
- Management of all general accounting functions
- Provide insight for process improvement recommendations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Act as a key team member during the quarterly and annual audit process
- Maintain strong employee relationships while training and managing staff performance
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing
- CPA designated or actively pursuing it
- Willingness to learn and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
