Finance Manager
Job Description
Our private, Canadian Logistics client is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team in Mississauga. Our client has doubled in size in the last two years and is continuing to grow. The individual will report into the CFO and have 5-6 direct reports. This role will focus on daily accounting tasks, oversee the billings and collections processes and provide input on any improvements.
Please note: this position requires you to be in Ontario and in the local area, as this is an on-site position.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze revenue, expenses, cash flow, balance sheets and P&L
- Oversee the billings and collections process and make any improvements
- Create and maintain company budget, track financial status and performance and identify areas for improvement
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports and assist in developing business plans
- Take lead in developing new cash flow reporting
- Liaise with external and internal auditors and maintain good relationships cross-functionally and with customers
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- CPA designated or at CFE stage is a must
- 5+ years of experience
- Advanced Excel skills (data mining)
- Someone who can lead and support a team, and roll up their sleeves
- Experience with cash forecasting, collections and financial reporting
