Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements and notes, including supporting working papers
- Create and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and decision support
- Analyze financial results and variances
- Produce and review internal and external financial reports, including bank reporting, inventory and cost analysis, and cash flow forecasts
- Manage GL structure across multiple entities and projects within the accounting system
- Oversee accurate project cost allocations; investigate and reclassify as necessary
- Process complex journal entries related to cost allocations, intercompany loans, and mortgage transactions
- Identify and recommend improvements to financial processes, reporting, and controls
Qualifications:
- A new CPA or close to completion
- 3+ years experience from public accounting
- MUST be local, as this position is on-siteÂ
