Job Description
Our public manufacturing, distribution and install client that operates within North America is looking to hire a Financial Analyst for their office in Hamilton. This is a unique role, as this individual will work on the corporate reporting side. This person will play an integral part in financial reporting, forecasting and consolidating results.
Please note: this position requires you to be in Ontario and local to Hamilton, as this is an on-site position.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports
- Produce and interpret financial records and statements
- Prepare annual statutory financial statements
- Monthly, quarterly and year end reporting of consolidation and supporting schedules
- Compile divisional forecasts and budgets monthly, quarterly and annually
- Prepare annual Canadian Corporate tax filings
- Maintain records related to assets, liabilities, P&L, tax liability, etc
- Ad hoc duties
Qualifications:
- CPA designated or working towards
- 5+ years accounting experience - manufacturing experience an asset
- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented and can work under tight deadlines
- Tax experience an asset
