Job Description
Our client is seeking a driven and versatile Financial Solutions Specialist to join their branch in the Niagara region. If you're a versatile financial services professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, taking on a broad range of responsibilities, and making an immediate impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
This role offers the chance to apply your comprehensive financial knowledge, from lending and mortgages to small investing and GICs, within a collaborative and supportive team. You'll play a key part in helping clients achieve their financial goals while representing an organization deeply committed to community involvement.

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive financial advice across lending, mortgages, investments, GICs, and other financial products, while identifying opportunities to meet broader client needs.
• Assess lending and mortgage applications, gather financial information, make decisions within established limits, and provide recommendations where required.
• Support clients with financial guidance such as budgeting and debt consolidation, while building strong, long-term relationships.
• Manage lending and mortgage administration, including documentation, renewals, extensions, credit reviews, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and take appropriate action to minimize risk.
• Support account opening, investment transactions, branch initiatives, and community activities while contributing to an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of progressive experience in a similar role within a financial institution, ideally with strong lending and mortgage experience.
• Broad knowledge of lending, mortgages, investments, and GICs, with the ability to confidently advise clients across multiple financial needs.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, customer service, and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment.
• Eligible to meet the organization’s bonding requirements.
