Job Description
Join our not-for-profit client, in Kitchener is looking to hire a Fractional Controller (Permanent Part-time) to join their team. If you are a local CPA looking to work only 25 hours a week, this could be the ideal role for you.

Responsibilities:
- Manage, review the work of 1 direct report
- Monthly reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
- Financial reporting including eliminations and consolidating entries.
- Support and help with the coordination of the budgeting and forecasting process
- Manage the monthly, and year-end close
- Make recommendations and assist with process and procedure improvements
- Financial Analysis
- Work with external auditors
Requirements:
- CPA Designation is required
- 8 Plus years full cycle accounting experience including experience as Senior accountant, Assistant Controller or Accounting Manager
- Prior experience working with Not- for- profit accounting standards is an asset.
- Open to working part-time hours.
