Job Description
Our client in manufacturing industry has an immediate opening for a General Accountant! This role will be responsible for assisting the Controller in bookkeeping tasks focusing on AP, AR and Payroll.

Responsibilities:
- Processing weekly payroll
- Coordinating with different departments for AP invoices
- compile AP reporting for the final approvals
- Prepare and send invoices to customers
- Payment reminders and follow ups.
- Maintaining an accurate ageing report
- Prepare journal entries as needed and communicate with the consumers.
Requirements:
- Need someone with strong bookkeeping/ general accounting experience.
- Background working in some sort of manufacturing setting is ideal.
- 5+ years of Bookkeeping experience.
- Must be able to take on hands-on accounting tasks.
