Responsibilities:
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Lead market research, identifying customer needs and tracking competitive offerings to optimize strategic positioning.
- Sales Enablement: Equip sales teams with the tools, training, and materials necessary to effectively communicate product value to key accounts.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and oversee product launch plans, defining target segments, pricing, success metrics, and cross-functional coordination.
- Product Optimization: Utilize data and customer feedback to refine product features, drive enhancements, and manage the full product lifecycle.
- Campaign Management: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, leveraging digital platforms, events, and ABM strategies to drive engagement.
- Brand & Content Management: Ensure consistent product positioning, develop sales and marketing collateral, and manage content creation to support marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- 7+ years of experience in product management and marketing with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership and project management expertise with a hands-on approach
- Exceptional analytical and presentation skills, turning data into actionable strategies
- Proficiency in performance reporting, analytics, and digital marketing initiatives
- Experience working with major retailers and industrial B2B players is an asset
- Knowledge of SAP material master data, pricing structures, and GS1 compliance preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and intercultural skills
Additional Details:
- Frequent travel required across North America with occasional international travel
