Job Description
Our client is looking for a Health & Safety HR Manager to join their team! This full-time position will require travel between 2-3 facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Provide health and safety training to new employees
- Maintain SDS sheets
- Help to develop safety procedures and protocols with leadership staff when it comes to working with various pieces of equipment
- Distribute monthly safety talks
- Perform annual chemical safety audits & any onside health and safety inspections
- Maintain and present monthly health and safety metrics
- Identify any areas of concern and notify supervisors
- Prepare WSIB form 7’s for any employee incidents
- Assist with various HR duties
- 3+ years in a similar role
- CRST or CRSP designation preferred
- Â Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Forklift Train the Trainer would be an asset
