Make a Real Difference Where Care Matters Most.
Are you a proactive quality and project specialist who thrives on driving meaningful change? Do you combine analytical rigor with a passion for compassionate, person-centered care?

We are looking for a Healthcare Quality & Compliance Coordinator to help shape organizational effectiveness, streamline processes, and ensure the highest standards of care across our long-term care community.

If you are ready to apply your expertise in quality improvement, change leadership, and regulatory compliance to directly impact the lives of residents, clients, and staff—we want to hear from you.
How You’ll Make an Impact
In this dynamic role, you won’t just be tracking metrics—you’ll be driving the systems and culture that make high-quality care possible. Working closely with interdisciplinary teams and leadership, you will:

  • Drive Quality Projects: Participate in quality committees, lead quality improvement projects, and evaluate overall program effectiveness.

  • Lead Systemic Change: Use change leadership principles and LEAN/QI methodologies to improve processes, policies, and organizational effectiveness.

  • Guide Regulatory Excellence: Keep our standards aligned with the Fixing Long-Term Care Homes Act and manage organizational policies and procedures.

  • Turn Data into Action: Maintain quality and risk dashboards, analyzing statistical trends to present data-driven insights that guide strategic decisions.

  • Bridge Strategy & Practice: Provide project oversight for strategic initiatives while facilitating research, training, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
What You Bring to the Role

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, a Health Profession, or a related discipline.

  • Experience: ~3 years of experience in quality improvement, project management, or change leadership (Healthcare/Long-Term Care experience preferred, but adaptable skill sets from other industries are welcome!).

  • Toolbox: Strong understanding of Change Management, LEAN, and Quality Improvement principles, paired with advanced Excel and Microsoft 365 skills.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with long-term care, community support services, and the Fixing Long-Term Care Homes Act (or a fast learning curve and strong regulatory acumen).

  • Core Values: A deep commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, anti-racism, safety, and person-centered care.
Why Join Our Client?

  • Purpose-Driven Work: Every policy, dashboard, and project you lead directly elevates the quality of life and care for our residents.

  • Growth & Impact: A collaborative environment where your ideas for process improvement and organizational development are heard and valued.

  • Supportive Culture: Work alongside a passionate, multidisciplinary team dedicated to respect, equity, and operational excellence.
