Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic business partner to various departments, ensuring HR initiatives align with company goals.

Develop and implement new HR policies and procedures to support organizational growth and efficiency.

Drive talent management programs, focusing on employee development and retention.

Ensure competitiveness and fair employee treatment across all functions.

Interact proactively with different functions of the company to foster a strong and cohesive work environment.
Qualifications:

3+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience.

CHRP and/or HRPA certification, or actively working towards obtaining it.

Strong understanding of Canada's diversified workforce.

A proactive, dynamic, and flexible approach to work.

Excellent soft skills and a collaborative mindset, willing to grow with the position and contribute to team development.

Ability to work fully in-office.
