This role offers the chance to be the sole HR presence within a dynamic and expanding company. You'll be instrumental in shaping HR processes, enhancing internal communications, and supporting a diverse team of office staff and sales representatives.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of recruiting, from job postings to candidate screening and onboarding.
- Oversee internal communications and event planning.
- Maintain and develop health and safety policies and procedures.
- Manage and update the employee handbook.
- Ensure smooth office operations from a human resources perspective, including employee relations.
- Manage payroll processes
- Assist in developing and implementing new HR systems
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in a HR Generalist role, preferably in a standalone capacity.
- Prior experience with payroll is required.
- Capable of upholding company policies and enforcing boundaries effectively.
- Familiarity with manual HR systems and a desire to help implement new platforms
- CHRP designation is a bonus, but not required.
- Must be able to work 100% in-office
