Our client is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their IT team! This full-time position will work under the IT Manager to provide technical advice and support to employees within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional technical support to staff within a timely manner
- Use critical thinking skills and experience in IT to resolve a variety of tech related issues across a variety of devices and equipment
- Set up accounts and devices for new hires
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with IT programs as needed
- Maintain firewalls and switches, as well as access points to ensure network security and superior performance
- Monitor and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Maintain accurate reports and documentation as it pertains to the department
- Maintaining exceptional communication and customer service to all parties and staff
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in a technical support role
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in an IT related program
- Experience with server and network administration
- Some travel is expected for this role and periodic on-call hours will be required as well
- Great communication skills and customer service
