Our client is urgently seeking a dedicated and proactive Life Insurance Service Manager to join their team. This full-time, in-person role is based in either Toronto, ON or Vancouver, BC, and is critical to the smooth delivery and maintenance of complex life insurance solutions for high-net-worth clients. The successful candidate will coordinate policy renewals, premium financing, and client communications, while ensuring accuracy across actuarial models and administrative workflows.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate life insurance policy renewals and premium financing with clients and lenders
- Maintain accurate actuarial models and flow-of-funds documentation
- Lead client meetings and manage ongoing communications throughout the policy year
- Handle administrative updates and ensure client records remain current
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- 3-5 years in the insurance industry, preferably life insurance service, client management, or financial coordination roles, ideally within high-net-worth or complex policy environments
- A higher education degree in business, public administration, actuarial, or a related field
- Strong understanding of life insurance products, actuarial modeling, and premium financing
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights
- Highly independent and proactive, with strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Willingness to work 100% in-office and collaborate across departments; familiarity with underwriting processes at major Canadian carriers is an asset
