Our Not for Profit client located in Cambridge is looking for a Manager FP&A to join their team.  Reporting to the Director of Finance this role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and modelling.  The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience and enrolled in the CPA program. Responsibilities:

• Manage the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process
• Manage variance analysis and internal variance reports
• Manage and coordinate monthly process for generating financial statements
• Ad hoc analysis to assist in management decision making and modelling

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in an Analyst, SFA or FP&A role
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred
• MUST be enrolled in the CPA program
• Experience working for a not for profit organization would be an asset
