Are you an innovative Senior Financial Analyst looking for the next step in your career? Due to consistent growth and acquisitions, our client is looking to add a Manager of FP&A to join their finance team! This role will give you the opportunity to work closely with other members of multiple departments, while also providing decision support and insights to the business.

Responsibilities: 
  • Establish process improvements and innovation through budget targets and resource allocation. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support cross-functional projects. 
  • Preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports. This may include presentations for other stakeholders and senior leadership. 
  • Identify variances by analyzing financial performance against budgets and forecasts. 
  • Provide M&A support. 

Requirements: 
  • 3+ years in an FP&A focused role 
  • Experience with data analytic tools 
  • Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • CPA is an asset but not required
