Job Description
Our growing client in the packaged goods industry is seeking a driven and analytical FP&A Manager to join their team. This position will allow a professional to expand their expertise in financial modeling, ROI evaluation, and cost savings initiatives, while directly influencing the company's future growth. You will play a crucial role in providing actionable insights and serving as a key business partner to various internal stakeholders.

- Conduct financial modeling and determine the ROI on purchases and investments.
- Lead initiatives focused on cost savings and revenue growth.
- Manage and mentor two direct reports
- CPA certification is strongly preferred; candidates actively working towards their CPA will be considered.
- Strong FP&A experience with a primary focus on operational and sales analysis, rather than day-to-day accounting.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential.
- Experience with Power BI is highly preferred; exposure to it is also acceptable.
- Ability to act as a business partner, winning over stakeholders and fostering collaboration.
- Experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG), is considered beneficial.
