Our client, a thriving Insurance/Technology company experiencing significant growth, is seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager of Financial Reporting & Analysis to join their team!
This role reports into the Managing Director, Financial Reporting & Analysis, and will focus on the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting, monthly reconciliations, creating financial statements and more!

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, providing insightful analysis of key trends and variances to support informed decision-making.
- Treasury: Monitor short-term liquidity and forecast cash needs on a monthly basis
- Annual Audit: Manage working papers of companies within the group and liaise with external audit team
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- CPA is required
- The ideal candidate for this role is a Manager coming from a public accounting firm, OR someone in financial reporting in industry
- Netsuite experience considered an asset
