Responsibilities:
- Manage external relationships with marketing agencies and partners across the country.
- Coordinate internal information flow for marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities across social media, Google search, E-blasts, and newsletters.
- Contribute to the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives for both existing and new brands.
- Collaborate closely with the business development team and engage with major accounts like Amazon, Best Buy, and more.
- Understand and utilize CRM systems for lead and database management.
- Prepare for busy seasonal periods (October to March) and leverage slower periods (April to June) for strategic planning.
Qualifications:
- 5+ of years of experience in a similar marketing role.
- A team player who is motivated by achieving results and getting things done.
- Adaptable to change and comfortable in a fast-paced, complex business environment.
- Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Zoho, Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp), Shopify, WordPress, Photoshop, Figma, and Canva.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and a focus on performance monitoring.
- Looking for a long-term career trajectory within a growing company.
