Our Canadian manufacturing client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for their office in Milton. This is a stand-alone position that will report into the Sales Manager and work on promoting the company via social media management and digital marketing. You will get the chance to use your creative side in developing social media strategies to create brand awareness and engagement and ensure the brand identity is maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Create brand awareness using social media and content creation - marketing campaigns, emails, newsletters, etc.
• Create compelling content, including posts, graphics, and videos, to share our products, services, and company culture
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with our audience effectively.
• Develop and curate content for various digital channels
• Track content performance metrics and use insights to refine content strategies and optimize engagement.
• Organize all aspects of marketing for trade shows
• Be part of the social committee and internal/external events 
• Keep up with trends and ensure marketing reflects this 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in marketing, Communications or similar
• 2-4 years of marketing experience and exposure to working with products
  • Strong preference to those coming from the manufacturing industry; truck bodies or aviation an asset
• Proficient in English and excellent written skills (proofreading, editing, etc)
• Experience collecting and understanding social media analytics
