• Implement best practices for the Credit department across North America 
• Prepare monthly AR aging reports
• Analyze financial statement's and credit reports
• Manage the company’s credit risk
• Manage, mentor, and develop staff
• Lead process and improvement initiatives
• Develop strategies that support business operations and efficient department performance

1. Credit & collection management experience (Leading leaders)
2. Bachelor’s Degree  
3. Ability to interpret financial statements and credit reports
4. Mid-large company experience
