- Input orders into ERP system for sales accurately and efficiently; update customer details when needed
- Provide customer service across multiple channels (email, phone, in-person, etc.), delivering accurate details about shipping, payment, lead times, and other order details
- Communicate consistently with other departments regarding order details to ensure timely and accurate delivery; monitor orders throughout the production and delivery process, communicating changes when needed
- Prepare shipping documents (BOL, packing slips, customs documents, labels); review and confirm pricing alignment across all documents and systems
- Other ad hoc tasks as needed
- 1-2 years in a customer service role, preferably in B2B customer service. Exposure to manufacturing or production environments an asset.
- Demonstrated excellence in communication, organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with basic accounting concepts, purchasing principles, and/or ERP systems are strong assets.
