Our client is seeking a Procurement, Contract and Records Management Specialist to support sourcing, purchasing, and records oversight across the organization. This role offers a unique blend of procurement strategy, contract coordination, and records management in a collaborative, service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities & Expertise:
•    Manage sourcing, RFPs, vendor selection, and contract performance
•    Support purchasing requests, maintain procurement records, and ensure policy compliance
•    Oversee records retention and advise teams on best practices
•    Maintain vendor relationships and respond to internal and external inquiries
•    Deliver training and technical support on procurement and records systems
Qualifications:
•    2 - 4 years of experience in public sector procurement or a related field; diploma or degree in business/public administration
•    Skilled in RFP preparation, contract negotiation, and vendor management
•    Strong communication, customer service, and collaboration skills
•    Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Pro, and SAP Concur
•    Knowledge of public sector procurement directives and trade agreements is an asset
•    Certifications in purchasing or records management are considered assets
