This role requires bilingual communication in both English and French. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between the Board and the company. Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and prepare for Board meetings, ensuring translation services are available.
  • Attend meetings to take minutes and track action items.
  • Maintain and distribute key documents.
  • Manage Board and Executive calendars and travel arrangements.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior leadership and/or Board of Directors.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with meeting preparation, minute-taking, and handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in office software.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of experience in an executive support role, ideally with experience in a corporate or nonprofit Board setting.
