Key Responsibilities & Expertise:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and appointments with precision and foresight
- Monitor and prioritize communications, drafting responses and ensuring timely follow-up
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate logistics for board meetings and executive sessions
- Track timelines and deliverables for confidential projects and executive initiatives
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements and manage expense reporting
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality
- Draft, proofread, and format documents, reports, and presentations
- Plan and execute executive-level events and offsites, including vendor coordination
- Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a proactive mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and modern communication tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
