Key Responsibilities & Expertise:

  • Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and domestic/international shipments to ensure safe, timely, and accurate execution
  • Lead end-to-end project operations from intake through delivery and installation, coordinating across Sales, Design, Client Success, and Installation teams
  • Track project timelines, resolve bottlenecks, and align resources to meet client expectations
  • Develop and maintain scalable workflows, tracking systems, and operational reporting
  • Train, motivate, and support warehouse staff to meet performance, safety, and efficiency standards
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management, with proven project coordination and team leadership
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficient with inventory and project management systems; tech-savvy and process-oriented
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with a hands-on, team-first approach
  • Forklift license and/or safety certifications are considered assets
