Responsibilities:
- Manage and take overall responsibility for the teams that provide customer service and packing and delivery of finished goods to clients
- Provide input, support and guidance to help company achieve on time delivery of goods
- Oversee inventory management
- Oversee fulfillment of outbound customer orders
- Build rapport with vendors for purchasing of materials and parts
- Manage client relationships
- Oversee Purchasing, Customer Service/Inside Sales and Warehouse/Distribution
Qualifications:
- Post secondary education in a related field
- A minimum of 7 years experience
- Experience with purchasing, and leading customer service and fulfilment teams
- Strong knowledge wholesale distribution
- Experience with ERP systems
