Job Description
Our client, a well-established manufacturer in the commercial vehicle sector, is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to join their growing team. This new outside sales role will be responsible for growing a defined territory, expanding existing accounts, and promoting a range of specialized commercial vehicle solutions. What our client has to offer:
- Competitive base salary of $70,000 - $80,000
- 1% uncapped commission
- Car allowance
- Travel expenses covered
- Company provided work phone
- Three weeks of vacation

- Opportunities to grow your territory and build long-term customer relationships
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to drive new business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fleets, dealers, municipalities, and industry partners
- Conduct on-site customer visits to understand needs and present product solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate specifications and customer satisfaction
- Attend trade shows, customer demos, and industry events
- Track opportunities, quotes, and pipeline activity
- Provide market feedback on trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements
- Experience growing and managing a sales territory within the US
- Sales experience in manufacturing, commercial vehicles, or related industrial products
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Comfort with regular travel and customer-facing work
- Valid driver’s license
