Are you a seasoned payroll clerk with accounting experience looking for a new challenge with a well-established construction company? Our client in the Kitchener area has just the role for you! As a Payroll and accounting Clerk, you will own the complete payroll process along with full cycle bookkeeping for one of their companies and support the accounting team.

Responsibilities:
- Handling full payroll cycle
- Calculating union dues, benefits management, processing ROEs and T4s
- Track employee vacation time and timesheets.
- Assist in employee onboarding and training programs.
- Matching purchase orders and delivery slips to invoices.
- Support the accounting department and teams as required.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of payroll processing experience.
- Experience with unionized payroll and construction industry will be considered an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
