Our client is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join their team in Mississauga. This full-time position reporting to the Payroll Manager and will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.

Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for multiple pay-cycles, in a multi-provincial environment
- Enter timecard data into system
- Add payroll information into HRIS/payroll system
- Review pay and ensure that it is in accordance with company policy and collective agreements, and respond to any enquiries related to payroll
- Prepare pay end cheque requisitions for required remittances (Wage assignments, Health Premiums, WSIB, WCB)
- Document Records of Employments
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with full-cycle payroll
- Experience with payroll for 300+ employees
- PCP certification required
