Our client located in Waterloo is looking to hire a Payroll Coordinator to join their team! Reporting to the Payroll Team Lead, this position will work collaboratively with the payroll team to process payroll for 3000+ employees. This position is with a reputable and growing company in the Non-Profit industry.

Responsibilities:
- Processing bi-weekly payroll for approximately 800 employees
- Work collaboratively with payroll team to complete payroll for 3000+ employees
- Ensure payroll is accurate, make changes to payroll as needed, and investigate any discrepancies
- Process changes in HRIS system UKG
- Complete year-end reports including annual payroll balance for T4s
- Calculation of deductions, premiums, bonuses, etc.
Job Requirements
- Must have 2+ years of experience processing high volume payroll for 200+ employees
- PCP designation or actively working towards completion
- Experience using UKG is preferred but not required
- Experience working in an unionized environment is nice to have
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
