Reporting to the Payroll Team Lead, this position will work collaboratively with the payroll team to process payroll for 3000+ employees.  This position is with a reputable and growing company in the Non-Profit industry.

Responsibilities:

• Processing bi-weekly payroll for approximately 800 employees
• Work collaboratively with payroll team to complete payroll for 3000+ employees
• Ensure payroll is accurate, make changes to payroll as needed, and investigate any discrepancies
• Process changes in HRIS system UKG
• Complete year-end reports including annual payroll balance for T4s
• Calculation of deductions, premiums, bonuses, etc.

• Must have 2+ years of experience processing high volume payroll for 200+ employees
• PCP designation or actively working towards completion
• Experience using UKG is preferred but not required  
• Experience working in an unionized environment is nice to have
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
