Our client located in St. Catharines is looking to add a Payroll Manager to their team! This role will manage a team of three, while being hands on in the payroll process for over 1500 employees as well!   • Process salary payroll, and act as backup for hourly payroll
  • Address any payroll inquiries or discrepancies with a high degree of professionalism
  • Reconcile payroll General Ledgers
  • Calculate HST and WSIB remittances
  • Manage payroll team and ensure the process runs smoothly

Job Requirements

  • Must have PCP, PLP or CPM designation
  • Must have union payroll experience
  • 5+ year's of strong hands on payroll experience with some experience managing a team
  • System Implementation experience considered an asset
