Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, process, and review bi-weekly payroll for various employee groups.
- Handle payroll taxes, deductions, and benefit remittances.
- Calculate overtime, vacation, and holiday pay.
- Manage payroll accounts and records.
- Prepare and submit Records of Employment (ROEs) and year-end reporting.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries.
- Collaborate with Finance and HR teams.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of payroll experience.
- Payroll certification (PCP or CPM) preferred.
- Knowledge of payroll software (e.g., ADP, Ceridian, Workday).
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with multi-provincial payroll and American payroll is a plus.
