Job Description
Our well-established Manufacturing client in New Hamburg is looking to add a Controller to their team! As the Plant Controller reporting into the GM, you will focus on the month end process, overseeing the full accounting cycle, job costing, and managing a team. This is a fully on site position with some flex to work from home occasionally!

Responsibilities:
- Prepare month-end and quarter-end closing working papers, reconciliations, and accruals
- Review and analyze manufacturing costs
- Prepare monthly financial statements
- Manage the payroll function, as well as AR and AP
- Provide recommendations for process improvements
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with Epicor or Odyssey considered an asset
