Responsibilities:
- Review and update pricing for retailers, ensuring communication is current.
- Handle warranty requests from consumers and address quality control issues.
- Respond to inquiries from head office and the sales team.
- Identify product gaps specific to the North American market.
- Maintain accurate pricing and price lists.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives, including packaging, to ensure all required information is present.
- Interact nationally and internationally with various teams and customers.
Qualifications:
- Ideally 5-7 years of experience in a Product Manager role
- Strong people skills and a willingness to interact with customers and attend trade shows.(travel 20% of time)
- Experience in the tool industry or a technical background is a significant plus.
- Ability to take initiative and responsibility, with individual decisions having a significant impact.
